Refunds Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your artwork(s), you are entitled cancel your purchase and receive either a refund or exchange the items for a credit note (of equal value).

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the artwork(s) must be returned to us in mint condition, within the original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipped artworks can be returned to us via post and will refunded minus the shipping and packaging cost.

Please note that we recommend not opening your print until you take it to a framer to ensure it is only handled by experienced art handlers. And if you do find your print to be not to your taste, we strongly recommend you ask a framer or other art handler to roll it back up for you to return, as often in the re-rolling stage, they can sustain damage, and you will not qualify for a refund.

All orders found to be faulty or not as described will be refunded in full.

All refunds will be processed in pounds sterling. We cannot be held accountable to changes in exchange rates. 

Returns Policy

Escapehause is confident you will be satisfied with your purchase however if not, please return the piece within 14 days of receipt and in the original condition. If you have any problems with your order or wish to cancel/exchange any items, please get in touch in the first instance to arrange the return of your artwork(s). 

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. When returning items by post, we recommend also making sure it is sufficiently insured.
